1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Kafoo website (kafoo.vip) and, where applicable, participation in the Kafoo Founding Plan offer described below. Kafoo is a product of NOVIQ Solutions, a company registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Unified National Number 7051970577, registered since October 2025). By using this website or submitting a trial request, you agree to these terms.
2. What Kafoo is
Kafoo is a customer loyalty and rewards platform. It verifies a customer's purchase receipt and credits points or stamps automatically, based on rules each business configures for itself.
3. The Founding Plan offer
The first 30 businesses that join Kafoo through this website pay no subscription fees, under the following limits: one branch; 3 employee accounts; up to 1,000 verified receipt scans per month; points or stamps mode (one mode per business); tiers; campaigns and coupons; direct onboarding with the Kafoo team. API access and webhooks are not included in the Founding Plan. If a business exceeds any of these limits in a given month, Kafoo will notify the business and move it to the appropriate commercial plan starting the following billing cycle — the service is not interrupted mid-month. Commercial plans and pricing beyond the Founding Plan will be published separately. The Founding Plan offer is available while spaces remain among the first 30 businesses and may be withdrawn or replaced at any time before you complete onboarding. It is not a lifetime or permanent discount.
4. Eligibility
The Founding Plan is intended for real, operating retail and food & beverage businesses in Saudi Arabia. Kafoo may decline or end participation for accounts that misuse the platform, provide false information, or do not meet these eligibility requirements.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for configuring your loyalty program in a way that complies with applicable law, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Kafoo to submit fraudulent receipts, manipulate the points/stamps or rewards system, or interfere with the platform's operation or other businesses' use of it.
7. Intellectual property
Kafoo, the Kafoo name and logo, and the content of this website belong to NOVIQ Solutions and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Disclaimers
Kafoo is provided "as is". While we work to keep the platform accurate and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of specific business results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Saudi law, NOVIQ Solutions' liability arising from your use of Kafoo is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the fees you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim (which, for Founding Plan members, is zero).
10. Termination
You may stop using Kafoo at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
